Global marketing, brand management and design teams for W Hotels, Le Méridien, St. Regis and The Luxury Collection will join Starwood's Bliss and Remède Spa teams in a redesigned space meant to inspire creativity and innovation and serve as a design, branding and retail think tank.
The hotel site spans over a river providing magnificent views from every room. The specific location is historically significant because it will reestablish a connection that was destroyed during World War II. The volume of the hotel is suspended over the base by three arches. The lift of the mass provides a public pedestrian path complete with public spaces and dining establishments. A lightwell through the center of the mass of the building illuminates the corridors on each floor and opens up the building to the pedestrian pathway. Entering the foyer on the ground level connects guests via a grand stair to the grand hall.
VM Design Studio was asked to prepare a master plan and design study for a resort site in Costa Rica. The site is located directly on a beautiful bay on the pacific coast. The area of the site is approximately eighty thousand square meters. For the project VM Design Studio developed three building types for guest rooms accommodating 218 rooms.

Rockwell Group designed the interior for the Luxury Condominium Hotel in Downtown New York City operated by The Trump Organization and developed by Bayrock Group and The Sapir Organization. Trump SoHo New York's 400 rooms and suites enjoy a sophisticated, loft-inspired design with custom furnishings.
West Elm has located its new corporate headquarters in the “Dumbo” District of Brooklyn. Capitalizing on the raw industrial space and soaring skylights, VM Design Studio, LLC took this 50,000 sq. ft. space and created an environment which is uniquely creative, simple and professional- A requirement- as this space houses not only the brand executives but also the creative and product design teams.
When Williams Sonoma needed an owner's representative and project management team to execute the complete technology and FF and E upgrade to their existing call center facility, they turned to VM Design Studio. Working in their aging and overcrowded Mail Order Operations and Catalogue Sales facility, Williams Sonoma's staff needed a new environment.
Intel houses its corporate headquarters in a series of buildings along the 101 corridor. The two flag ship buildings include the 600,000 sq. ft. Robert Noyes Building and it's twin called simply "SC-12." For both of these projects VM Design Studio played a critical Project and Construction Management roll.

The Union Square location is the first store of a planned coffee shop chain to open in New York City designed by Rockwell Group, with further expansion throughout the United States. The design reinterprets the traditional French patisserie in a contemporary language. Within the contemporary language the layout, design and materials are equally important.
